The lizard brain is a construct to help us understand how our brain is wired to protect our survival. It’s why we often find ourselves reaching for the familiar, pushing back against the unknown, and quietly working to keep things feeling safe and predictable. It's not a flaw. In fact, a lot of the time it's genuinely useful. But every so often, those same instincts can slow us down, limit our options, or create friction we don’t want.

The Lizard Quiz is a simple (and hopefully fun!) way to start seeing where those tendencies are strongest for you across four areas: habits, familiarity, control, and being right. Not to judge them, just to notice them.
